- Get Over Yourself
- A fair amount of the songs on this album seem to deal with the superego keeping the id in check. Know thyself, maybe even in the biblical sense.
- Ride
- The pleasures of the flesh and rocking motion.
- Stop Your Crying
- My favorite dance track. It's got a wicked hook, not only in the chorus but in the verse. That's right! Two, TWO hooks for the price of one!
- Wonderful
- Very nice driving beat on the chorus. I'd say "headbanging" but you might get the wrong impression.
- Fighting Gravity
- The Resistable Rise of ?
- Anybody Out There
- Horatio Alger would be tempted to write about this boy.
- Sugathrilla
- If emotions and experiences were as easy to access as TV dinners...
- Volume
- The medium is not the message. When I first heard this song, I thought he was saying "I need a little Valium". A new entry for those mondegreen books. There's some really raunchy guitar work on this track that's reminiscent of the fuzz bass on Revolver.
- Real Enough
- Something in the old lyrical troubador tradition. Gotta copyedit that Spanish, though...
- Embryo
- As Mirth said to Kevin Matchstick, "Don't you think the womb beckons to us all?"
- Brave New Planet
- Better pack your Illudium PU-36 Explosive Space Modulator.
