In 1997, my brother helped me create a demo in his studio. Initially, the idea was to do mainstream stuff that would help me land jobs singing songwriters' demos. But for some reason, he changed his mind and rearranged a number of songs I'd written some years before. So the songs are an odd hybrid of my brother's style and mine. They've grown on me. This version of "Eris" is one example.
I helped my friend Tim Walters record vocals for his cover of "Invisible Mistletoe". He did all the music. I helped a little bit with harmony arrangement ideas. He also directed me in vocals for his own composition, "Graduation Day".
An audience member made a video of one of my performances at the monthly cabaret night "Bijou".
I've recently started performing more. Until I've properly redesigned this site for easy updating, you can check my performance schedule at MySpace. Megan Lynch on MySpace. If you've seen me perform or have heard my songs, by all means write a comment or review.
